Laurah-Lee initially started a Yoga practice for pain management and quickly discovered the benefits for her mental health as well. After years of suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia and depression, her regular Yoga practice completely changed her life! She decided to become a Yoga teacher 14 years ago and her dedication to helping others empower themselves with acceptance, self-compassion and understanding has become her passion and life purpose.
With her encouraging, caring and playful approach Laurah-Lee will guide you through a series of postures to open and expand your body, while releasing tension and stress, leaving you feeling grounded and rejuvenated. She has a peaceful and calming presence and will demonstrate how you can bring this into your life through conscious breath awareness and movement.
