Island Ink-Jet & Engraving is locally owned and operated in Nanaimo, and has been open for business since 2001. You probably recall seeing them in a kiosk in Woodgrove Mall, but now, thanks to their amazing service & prices, you can find them in their new store location at Country Club Mall (next to Save-On Foods).
