Slow Flow Yoga
Class description: This virtual yoga class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class.
Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga whilst continuing to reap the benefits of improved strength and flexibility.

Class description: Yogalates is one of the latest trends in the world of fitness. A cross between Yoga and Pilates. In this class, we combine Pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level. Develop your core strength and stabilization through Pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through Yoga/Pilates poses, breathing and relaxation.
