"Three of my most memorable travel days have recently been spent here at Orca Lodge. Hosts Lynne and Len made sure that myself and my dogs were made to feel as welcome as possible and make sure we had everything we needed. To experience the true North Coast of Vancouver Island Sointula is a must for your bucket list. To experience the true Sointula it must be done here or the Orca Lodge. Tides rolling in under the dock, comfortable beds for glorious blissfull sleep, fully stocked with every amenity imaginable , Captain Larry can charter you out to the oceans grocery store where you can find your dinner. Quirky downtown complete with great memory filled museum is a short stroll away but don't miss out on touring the islands outer edges and see it's hidden treasures . The locals are your best tour guides and love showing off their island. And proud they should be! Orca Lodge is a perfect spot for a couple to get away from it all or book both upstairs and downstairs and bring the whole family and their families. Great memories are made here!
