In 2016, Twisted Willow Studio moved into its own commercial space, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Once a care-home for the elderly, the space was fully renovated to create a peaceful setting full of natural light that is enjoyable to practice in. A small retail area was incorporated to provide props for home yoga practices, hand-crafted botanical soaps, Ayurvedic herbal teas, and other wellness-promoting goods. The new space allowed for further growth, and several incredibly knowledgeable yoga instructors and wellness practitioners were added to the Twisted Willow team to expand the selection of classes and workshops hosted through the studio. Now a variety of class styles and workshops are offered, each with the underlying philosophy of supporting well-being in all aspects of life through a nurturing environment that promotes self-care and holistic health.
