Welcome to our new page! Fallen Arches Reflexology is a subsidiary of Longevity Health and Wellness, but we felt like a little separation can be a good thing! Where our other page is full of fitness fun, this one will be more directed at Reflexology and other therapies, health news and foot fun!

My name is Megan, and I am registered as a student member of the Reflexology Association of Canada, carry liability insurance, and am well on my way to being a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist. When I am not coaching fitness classes, working on your feet, or taking yet another course, you can find me around the village with my dogs, kids (I have a lot of them!) or at the Rec Centre working with your little ones.
