Option 1 (60 mins) includes:

-A 30 minute Organic Custom Facial (with neck and shoulder massage), an organic facial treatment for normal to oily skin types that cleanses pores, exfoliates away dead skin cells, and treats common skin concerns with a custom mask. 

-Your choice of either a 30 minute Reflexology Foot Massage where pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot. These points correspond to organs and areas of the body. The treatment is said to induce a healing response, even alleviating some ailments.
