Class description: This virtual 45-minute relaxing yoga class includes live acoustic guitar music. This yoga class does not include a lot of detailed instruction but instead moves at a steady gentle pace, flowing from one posture to the next. We hope you enjoy this series with me (Gypsy) and my hubby (Dave) playing ambient acoustic guitar.

Class description: Yogalates is one of the latest trends in the world of fitness. A cross between Yoga and Pilates. In this 45-minute class, we combine Pilates and Yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, glutes, thighs, and stomach. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level. Develop your core strength and stabilization through Pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular, strength, posture, and alignment through Yoga/Pilates poses, breathing, and relaxation.
