These sessions involve some talk with intention setting, a little breathwork, and then relaxation while Gypsy works with Reiki and the vibrations of the tuning forks to address specific places of stagnant energy, a balancing of the chakras, and overall support of the relaxation response to allow the body to find its way back to equilibrium. Sessions are 45 minutes

•  Tuning forks are an alternative treatment for conditions such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and sleep disorders.
• They can also help to relieve pain. Some studies have suggested that tuning forks can relieve bone and muscle pain.
