Corta Jaca Dance is run by Andy Mundy, a Fellow of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) in both Ballroom & Latin and is the only such qualified dance instructor on Vancouver Island, ably assisted by his wife Maureen. They teach Ballroom and Latin dancing to all levels of dancers from beginner to advanced, both social and competitive, and also provide professional training. Andy also holds separate Licentiate degrees in both Standard Ballroom and Latin American dancing with the Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA), while also being an Examiner and professional championship Adjudicator with Canada DanceSport Professional Division! Maureen, his wife and dance partner, has taken several medal tests of her own and ably assists with teaching.
