Liena has a diploma as a Natural Health Consultant along with an extensive back ground in Nutrition. She has studied Nutritional Symptomatology thru the CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition).
Liena lives with celiac disease (gluten intolerance) and has 12 years experience as a celiac consultant. During 12+ years working with Edible Island she has developed an aptitude for diverse diet mentoring.
Liena has been practicing energy healing for about 20 years and has a certificate in Aroma Touch Technique and her 2nd level of Reiki.
