Tui Na (ancient Chinese) Massage, Active Release Technique, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Orthopaedic Assessments, Reiki, Bodytalk, Hakomi, TCM diagnostic theory, and knowledge in both Eastern & Western health.
Treatments are deep, tangible, and nourishing and different conditions are treated appropriately. Holistic Therapists are trained to treat a variety of health conditions including psycho-emotional causes of dis-ease.
Treatments are performed on a massage table, futon mat, or massage chair, and natural oils may be applied depending on the condition. You can expect a peaceful, soothing environment and specialized treatment plans for your unique state of health.
The treatment begins with a short consultation to establish the appropriate treatment plan for your specific needs.
On-going coaching/counselling is an added service if requested, as well as private classes in Qi-Gong and meditation.
