I cannot say enough. New to nanaimo had a horrific cut a few days ago that the other salon's owner refused to remedy. At least four inches of length were gone and there were random wisps and chunks throughout. I rang hair tech Saturday morning and the owner, Chelsea immediately made room to put five bundles of extensions in staying until 7:30 to do it. She then stayed late the next day to finish (as the last salon had left it so butchered an extra bundle of extensions was required to complete the bangs), and doing low lights.
