Welcome to the Romper Room! Since 1996 the Romper Room has been Vancouver Island's Premier Indoor Rock Climbing destination! Whether for fun, fitness, or a new way to challenge oneself, rock climbing is a great way to get out of the house and experience something new - and the Romper Room is dedicated to providing a safe and fun climbing experience for everyone!

There are so many reasons why people choose the extreme sports of rock climbing. Some people climb for the exercise, to meet new friends in a unique environment or simply because they like to wear a tight harness and pointy rubber shoes. The fact of the matter is this: going to the gym 4-5 days a week, doing the same routine every week for 52 weeks annually does get mundane. People are realizing that the best way to stay fit and stay strong is to change it up.
