Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The equipment I rented for surfing was in good condition. On top of all of this, it was extra cool to find all kinds of clothing with their logo on it…easy to shop for souvenirs. We had a great beginner surf lesson with Relic today. Our instructor and the people in the shop were all friendly and knowledgeable. Our instructor spent a while going over ocean safety tips that made us feel confident and aware of the dangers while in the water. She also took a methodical, stepped approach to getting us up on the boards including getting the timing and the stance right. We lucked out with great weather and no crowds, so that combined with the great staff at Relic made for a wonderful, invigorating experience.
